So SHITTY~~~ tomorow HCL gong han test!

to brighten up my spirits. i have completed my NAPFA smoothly! O.O
here's my results. mind you. i have not hit birthday. haha rmb hor. its 22nd may. lalala~
and so for NAPFA, i'm still 13.
so it goes:
Sit ups: 56 (A)
Shuttle Run: 9.96 (A)
Standing board Jump: 223cm (A)
Sit And Reach: 36cm (C)
Inclined Pull-ups: 29 (A)
and obviously my 2.4km will get A. so YAY!
here's abit more elaboration.
shuttle run- din bother doing best. save energy. an A would do.
sit ups. i dunno how come can do so many. =S
standing board jump. everyone got 2 chance. i jumped once got A. then lazy retake.
sit and reach. last year i get D- all A and one D. so silver.
this year shall be all A and one C. GOLD! YAY!
incines ar... mr siva gave whole class boys damn low. initialy. i got 19.
because he said we did the WAVE! whee~ dunno wad crap he saying.
even the npcc ppl did badly. hais. so we got tan tui gee retake. and got 29.
YAY
